Payment terms, and rental agreement.



PAYMENT
QuickPay/Zelle: xxxxxxx***PLEASE INCLUDE "RENTALS" & INVOICE NUMBER IN MEMO WHEN SENDING PAYMENT OR RISK YOUR PAYMENT NOT BEING RECORDED***LEGAL TERMSREMINDER: WE DO NOT SET UP/PROVIDE DECORATING SERVICES. ALL ITEMS ARE DROPPED OFF UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE (IN WRITING)

REFUNDS & DEPOSITS
Please note: 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your items. Balance is due two weeks prior to event. A cancellation within two weeks of event warrants NO refund. This invoice is considered VOID if no deposit is received within 24 HOURS of receiving invoice.*It is your responsibility to ensure that the entrance to drop-off/pickup facility has adequate space for purchased items to enter. Please inform us if there are stairs involved as that will incur an extra fee.

RENTALS
We only set up props (walls, cake tables, etc.) Everything else (linens, plates, any extra miscellaneous décor, etc.) will be dropped off and are the responsibility of client to distribute. 
Rental items must be returned in good working order, any damaged, stained or soiled items are subject to a replacement fee 3 times the rental rate. Thank you.

CORONAVIRUS:
Please understand that Trinity Milestone and all other affiliated entities do not control government mandates/legislation related to coronavirus however are legally bound by them.

If for any reason we are unable to perform our contractual obligations due to government regulation we will be more than happy to reschedule the event or credit the funds to another event/date within 12-18 months of original date. However THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER.

Any booking made after March 13th 2020 is bound by these terms.

OUTDOOR EVENTS
When planning the layout of the decor, Items should be placed in a level environment (straight and even floors) for the safety and security of your guests. We encourage everyone to check the weather frequently leading up to the day of their event. 

TENTS
It is your responsibility to make sure that the area where the tent is being set up has enough space to fit purchased tent. (at least 5 but ideally 10 feet of extra space on each side. So if purchasing a 20 x 20 (feet) tent, the lot size should be 30 x 30 at least.Please review carefully and keep for your records.NOTE: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS INVOICE & BRING ANY ERRORS TO OUR ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY. ANY DEPOSIT RECEIVED ON THIS INVOICE IMPLIES THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, & AGREE TO ALL COMPONENTS OF THIS INVOICE & CONTRACT.
